Manners, good or bad, can have either a positive or a catastrophic effect on your relationships, both in business and in your personal life.

As such, I decided to share this Facebook Live video I had made on what I consider to be a crucially important subject.

Seemingly simple conversations, such as arranging appointment times, or responding to compliments, have the potential to either reflect well on you or not.

How you relate to other people has a huge influence on what is now commonly referred to as the know, like and trust factor in building positive relationships.

The simple and incredibly under-appreciated phrases please and thank you play a crucial role in this area.
