Good manners can have either a positive or a catastrophic effect on your relationships, both in business and in your personal life.
Seemingly simple conversations, such as arranging appointment times, or responding to compliments, have the potential to either reflect well on you or not.
How you relate to other people has a huge influence on what is now commonly referred to as the know, like and trust factor in building positive relationships.
The simple and incredibly under-appreciated phrases please and thank you play a crucial role in this area.
